CEMEKC acquired these shares pursuant to the tender offer commmenced on December 18, 2016 by Dr. Chan, Ella Y. T. C. Chan, the Chiu M. Chan Family Trust and CEMEKC, Inc. The tender offer expired on February 5, 2016, upon which CEMEKC accepted for payment all shares that were validly tendered in the tender offer.
