As reported on Form 3, filed October 2, 2006, Mr. Veltheer initially acquired 6,000,000 shares of common stock. Effective November 30, 2006, Texada Ventures Inc. effected a 5-for-1 forward stock split of its common stock. As a result, Mr. Veltheer's ownership increased to 30,000,000 shares of common stock. Effective March 30, 2009, Texada Ventrues Inc. effected a 2.5-for-1 reverse stock split of its common stock. As a result, Mr. Veltheer's ownership decreased to 12,000,000 shares of common stock.
