The reporting person is Co-Trustee and has or shares in voting and dispositive power. Except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest, the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership. The reporting person was previously a co-trustee of a Trust holding 7,300 shares of common and 22,804 shares of class B common stock.
