In such capacities, SVMIII may be deemed to share voting and investment powers with respect to the shares of Common Stock held by SVPQFIII. The Reporting Person is a Managing Director of SVMIII and may be deemed to share voting and investment power with respect to the shares of Common Stock held by SVPQFIII.
