Performance Shares converted on a one-for-one basis into shares of Polycom, Inc. common stock following vesting, The unvested award was previously reported at target payout amount. The 2/20/10 vesting reflects a payout of shares based upon achievement at 122% of target for the 2009 Performance Period. Vesting of the remaining award depends on future performance versus target and is scheduled to occur on 2/20/11 and 2/20/12, or if later, the date the Compensation Committee certifies achievement of performance versus targets for Total Shareholder Return for the remaining Performance Periods.
Restricted Stock Units will be converted on a one-for-one basis into shares of Polycom, Inc. common stock following vesting, which vesting for 1,250 shares occurred on 2/20/2010. Vesting for the remaining shares under this award is scheduled to occur as to 1,250 shares on 2/20/2011 and 1,250 shares on 2/20/2012.
This Restricted Stock Unit Award is scheduled to vest as to 50% of the total shares awarded on each of the first two (2) anniversaries of the 2/20/09 Grant Date.
Performance Shares will be converted on a one-for-one basis into shares of Polycom, Inc. common stock as soon as practicable following vesting, which vesting occurred for the final 1,982 shares from this award on 2/21/2010.
