This form is jointly filed by Wexford Capital LP ("Wexford"), Charles E. Davidson ("Davidson"), Joseph M. Jacobs ("Jacobs") and Wexford GP LLC ("Wexford GP"). The reported securities are held by the Funds and by Wexford.
