Footnotes

This amendment is being filed solely to correct certain inadvertent errors, which originally appeared in Box 4 and Box 5 of Table 1 in the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on June 3, 2011 (the "Original Form 4"), and subsequently appeared in Box 5 of Table 1 in the Form 4s filed by the Reporting Person. The Original Form 4 mistakenly understated the amount of securities acquired by the Reporting Person by 100 shares, which resulted in the understatement of the amount of securities beneficially owned following reported transactions by 100 shares in all subsequent Form 4s filed by the Reporting Person on June 8, 2011, August 19, 2011, August 31, 2011, September 1,2011, September 1, 2011, September 6, 2011, September 7, 2011, September 7, 2011, September 8, 2011, September 12, 2011, October 3, 2011and September 18, 2012 respectively.
