Ashner and his wife, (ii) 3,415,032 shares held by FUR Investors LLC ("Investors") and (iii) 45,335 shares held by the Ashner Family Evergreen Foundation, a New York not-for-profit corporation (the "Foundation"), an entity which the Reporting Person is a director.
The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the Foundation.
