Footnotes

The sole purpose of this amendment is to correct the transaction dates listed for two transactions in Table I of the original Form 4. The corrected dates of both of the transactions is 9/28/2010 rather than 9/24/2010 as previously stated.
Mr. Bishkin is the general partner of the Bishkin 2000 Family, LP. Mr. Bishkin dislaims beneficial ownership of shares held by Bishkin 2000 Family, LP, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
These shares were sold pursuant to Mr. Bishkin's Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by Mr. Bishkin on December 15, 2009.
These shares were sold pursuant to instructions given by the Bishkin 2000 Family LP through its general partner pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the partnership on December 15, 2009.
