The amount of securities beneficially owned by Mr. Gattinella has been updated to include 500 shares of WebMD Common Stock which were accidentally reported twice as a gift and inadvertently excluded from earlier reports.
Mr. Gattinella received 39,036 shares of WebMD Common Stock upon net share settlement of his exercise of options to purchase 110,000 shares of WebMD Common Stock, with the remaining 70,964 shares being retained by the issuer to pay the exercise price and to satisfy the minimum tax withholding requirements arising from exercise.
