The Company received the allocation for the 2009 plan year under the Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") on May 18, 2010. The Reporting Person acquired 112 ESOP shares for the 2009 plan year.
One quarter of the options vested and became exercisable on April 27, 2010, which was the first anniversary of the date on which the options were granted.
