Mr. Ward sold 155,735 shares of the issuer at prices between $.20 and $.22 between October 12, 2018 and October 24, 2018.

As a result of Mr. Wards ownership of 123,391,539 common shares he holds approximately 26% of Nutrafuels, Incs common shares.
