Item 2.  Identity and Background.

(a) Edgar Ward

(b) Mr. Ward's business address is 6601 Lyons Road L 6, Coconut Creek, FL 33037.

(c) Edgar Ward is the Chief Executive Officer, President and sole Director of the Company.

(d) Mr. Ward has not been convicted in a criminal proceeding.

(e) Mr. Ward has not during the last five years, been a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction and has not been the subject to a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws.

(f) Mr. Ward is a citizen of the United States.

Item 3.  Source or Amount of Funds or Other Consideration.

Mr. Ward holds the following common shares:

On November 26, 2012, 4,607,100 common shares which he received in exchange for membership interests when the Company converted from a Florida limited liability company to a Florida corporation.

On May 17, 2013, 714,285 common shares which he received for services rendered.

On September 3, 2013, 1,000,000 common shares which he received for services rendered.  

·

On December 1, 2016, 4,000,000 common shares which he received for services rendered.

·

On March 3, 2017, 7,220,585 common shares which he received for services rendered.

·

On November 27, 2017, 6,674,837 common shares which he received for services rendered.

Additionally, Mr. Ward indirectly holds 1,000,000 shares to Nicole Archon, his girlfriend for services rendered.

On November 26, 2012, the Company issued 1000 shares of its non-convertible Series A Preferred Stock to Mr. Ward which entitle him to 500,000 votes per share or an aggregate of 500,000,000 on all matters submitted to the Companys common stockholders.

Mr. Ward beneficially owns an aggregate of 24,744,084 common shares (23,744,084 Directly and 1,000,000 Indirectly). As a result of Mr. Wards ownership of 23,744,084 common shares directly, 1,000,000 shares indirectly which are held by Nicole Archon and 1,000 Series A Preferred Shares, he holds approximately 90% of the votes on all matters submitted to a vote of our stockholders.
