On May 23, 2025, the Reporting Person entered into an agreement to subscribe for and purchase 6,728,000 units, with each unit consisting of one common share and a warrant to purchase one common share. As a result, the Reporting Person acquired 6,728,000 common shares and 6,728,000 common share purchase warrants. Therefore, the Reporting Person currently beneficially owns an aggregate of 17,206,000 common shares of the Issuer. | |
