Comment for Type of Reporting Person: (1) Northcliffe Trustees Limited ("Trustee") serves as the trustee to the Harmsworth Pension Scheme, a pension fund organized under the laws of the United Kingdom ("Pension Fund"). The Pension Fund is the beneficial owner of 2,329,921 shares of the Issuer. The Trustee is filing this Schedule 13G Amendment on behalf of itself since it may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the shares in its role as trustee since it has voting control and/or power to direct the disposition of the shares held by the Pension Fund. However, in accordance with Rule 13d-4, Trustee expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares. In addition, both the Trustee and Pension Fund disclaim that they are members of a group. (2) Calculations are based on 23,346,894 shares of common stock outstanding as of February 27, 2025, as disclosed by the Issuer. The percentage of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person is 9.9796 percent, and the amount reported herein has been rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a percent, as required by the Schedule.
