Each of Ms. Olivia Steedman and Mr. Bradley Leufkens may be deemed to have the power to dispose of the shares held by 2774719 Ontario Limited because of a delegation of authority from the President and Chief Executive Officer of OTPP to such persons, and because of a delegation of authority to the President and Chief Executive Officer of OTPP from the Board of Directors of each of OTPP and 2774719 Ontario Limited, and each such person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares. | |
