Myrmikan Capital, LLC is the manager of the Fund, and Daniel Oliver Jr is the manager of Myrmikan Capital, LLC.

A joint filing agreement was entered into by each of the reporting persons as of February 14, 2023, which was included as Exhibit "A" to the initial filing of this Schedule 13G.
