This entity was a selling stockholder under the Registration Statement on Form S-1 of the Issuer. This price represents the initial public offering price of $13.00 less the underwriters' discount.
Mr. Biddinger is Managing Director of City Investment Group, LLC, and therefore may be deemed to share voting power and investment control over the shares held by this entity.
