The general partner of , WAP is Whitebox Asymmetric, LLC ("WAA"), WMSP is Whitebox Multi-Strategy Advisors, LLC ("WMSA"), WCRAP is Whitebox Credit Arbitrage Advisors, LLC ("WCRAA), WCCAP is Whitebox Concentrated Convertible Arbitrage Advisors, LLC ("WCCAA")and PSP is Pandora Select Advisors, LLC ("PSA").
