Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL)

Now trading at 15 times its earnings, at a 20% discount to the industry average, while yielding 1.82% of the current stock price in the form of dividends, an attractive entry point seems open. Moreover, industry leading margins and returns provide even more reasons to chip in.

Obrtberg’s purchase follows Jeffrey Ubben and ValueAct Capital’s big bet on the company‘s avionics division. The hedge fund now holds 13.1 million shares, or 9.7 percent of the total outstanding shares of the company.
