J. Alan Reid, Jr.‘s Forward Management, which is now part of Salient Partners, has sold out of its position in Peak Resorts Inc (NASDAQ:SKIS) according to a new 13G filing with the SEC. The firm held 1.30 million shares of the company on December 31, making it one of the largest shareholders at that time. Given the sale of its position, it appears that Mr. Reid is not confident in a near-term turnaround for the stock, which has plunged by 50% since early December.
