Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX)

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) is revolutionising the quality of series. Since the streaming service makes all the  episodes available at the same time, cliffhangers have little role to play in keeping the audiences in suspense till the next episode. Hence, the writers can spend more time developing the story line. Something which will be appreciated more by both critics and viewers.

Cox was quoted as saying, “You don’t have to rely on cliffhangers, you can spend more time on real story.”

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) also provides another advantage to content writers. According to Cox, it’s the freedom to  explore darker themes which network TV might classify as nonconforming or perverse than the standard norms that it has set for itself.

A morally ambiguous story line is also one of Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) new series’ promised attractions. Showrunner, Steven S DeKnight was quoted in the article saying that it will not be straight forward choice to pick out heroes and villains in the new story. Instead the series will be based on actors just making different choices. Such an objective view is also more in touch with reality and hence explains how Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX)’s series are fuelling the content writer’s imaginations.

In light of these sort of finely tuned elements in Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) ‘s business model, the streaming service is bound to have a competitive advantage as it expands internationally.
